Wellness Community

Wellness Community offers two ways to learn about and grow in wellness, as well as to share with others interested in wellness. The first is through our Wellness Community programs. These are offered FREE or at a small charge. They cover a variety of health and wellness topics and include group discussion. Reservations are required as space is limited. The second way to participate in our Wellness Community is through memberships. Wellness Community memberships connect you with like-minded others on a wellness journey and provide continued learning tips and tools to keep you on track and moving forward. You get support and have accountability to assist in your ongoing success in your wellness changes.

Wellness Community memberships include two levels, each with special benefits.

Level 1:

  • Wellstates’ weekly email newsletter, with wellness tips and tools to inform and support your wellness change.
  • Accountability and encouragement group that meets at regularly scheduled times for support.
  • $99 per year.

 

Level 2:

  • Wellstates’ weekly email newsletter, with wellness tips and tools to inform and support your wellness change.
  • Accountability and encouragement group that meets at regularly scheduled times for support.
  • Monthly Wellness Workshops both in person and on Webinar on a variety of topics including:
    Creating a Life of Balance; Mindfulness and Meditation; Women and Heart Disease; Skin Care; Preventing Osteoporosis; Relaxation Techniques; Green Living.
  • $149 per year.

 

Free Wellness Community Programs:

Christian Wellness• Christian Wellness Series

This series of programs uses scriptures as a basis for wellness principles, so you can learn to incorporate your beliefs, faith and values into lifestyle choices that improve and enhance your wellness.
Dates: Offered the first Friday of every month beginning on April 2nd.
Time: 1:15 PM to 2:15 PM

Anti-Aging Wellness• Wellness Strategies for
Anti-Aging Series

In this series of programs you’ll learn about the lifestyle choices that you can make to age well from head to toe and inside to outside.
Dates: Offered the third Friday of every month beginning on April 16th.
Time: 1:15 PM to 2:15 PM

Anti-Aging Wellness• Monday Morning for
Mom’s Wellness

Moms, take some time to care for yourself and learn to have balance, stress less and create a healthy lifestyle for you and your family.
Dates: Offered the first Monday of every month beginning April 5th.
